The Company
Bellwether Commercial was founded in 2017 by Matt Gaby, a former member of the highest producing team at NAI Partners and NAI Global. During his tenure at NAI, Matt was able to identify the pitfalls of the larger commercial real estate firms and thus, Bellwether Commercial was born. As a full-service commercial real estate firm, we are committed to becoming a strategic resource to our clients.
The Owner
Matt Gaby is a graduate of Texas Tech University and began his career in commercial real estate in 2013. He and his wife, Mallory, have been married since 2015 and in late 2021 were blessed with triplets, Hayes, Avery and Madison. Matt enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
The Name
Long ago, shepherds would hang a bell around the neck of a ram, designating it as the leader of the flock of sheep. This ram eventually became known as the bellwether. Today, bellwether refers to someone who takes the lead or initiative and that's exactly how we conduct our business.
